Join us at CBG, sacred space for you to express yourself freely.
You have the option to read a writing of your own or from a poet/lyricist you admire. Feel like writing something but don't know where to start? Consider listening to someone who inspires you first. Then dive deep into your emotions and thoughts and see what comes up for you. Free write the senses you feel, see and think when you or exploring your internal self.
